If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, the products can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order and you can choose between changing the item, providing credit balance or refund.
Product Change
Products can be changed to any different size or type available. If you want to change goods purchased from Argaleios with another size or color, please contact us by e-mail at info@argaleios.gr or by phone at +30 28210 45464.
Issuance of Credit Balance
The refund amount is credited to your account and deducted using the relevant code sent to you (via e-mail) at the next checkout.
Refund
Refunds are made immediately after the returned items are received and checked (1-3 working days). Refunds are only made to the original PayPal account or bank account used to pay for the order. Processing time varies depending on the bank. In case the purchase has been made by cash on delivery, the amount of the refund will be deposited in a bank account indicated by the customer.
Defective products
All parcels are inspected by Argaleios staff before shipment. However, in case you find a problem, you should send an email to info@argaleios.gr within 24 hours of delivery time, expressing your reservations.
In case the product is defective and the wear is normal, the product is sent to Argaleios with the courier company ACS Courier at the recipient's expense, according to the Returns - Changes procedure. The product is replaced and returned to the customer at the expense of Argaleios.
In order for a product to be accepted as defective, the wear must not be from misuse of the product. In case it is found that the damage is due to misuse of the customer, then the same product is returned to the customer with shipping costs borne by the customer.
